We appreciate you visiting and shopping with Gaudy Co. LLC. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our policies and terms (Please also see Privacy Policy and Term of Service.)
Orders:
All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions, ingredients and notations before placing the order.
It is at the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
An item that is out of stock will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is to the company’s discretion. This does not happen often, but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be to the discretion of the company if it could be honored.
Orders are unable to be edited once made, therefore a new order would have to be placed if an item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an order. In these cases, if the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order outside of the 24 hour window, but only once a new order has been placed by the customer.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-4 business days. The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The pricing of shipping costs is not regulated by the company, but instead dictated by the current USPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.
The shipping method which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
Gaudy & Co. LLC company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. If this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.

Returns/Exchanges:
All Sales are Final! We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Our products are handmade and made in small batches. With that said, no two products will ever be identical, so slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency is not abnormal.

If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

Packages that are returned to the sender (Gaudy & Co LLC) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
